1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Tropical Haven website and the services offered through it. By submitting a booking request or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Tropical Haven operates as a coordinator and intermediary between guests and independent service providers (including but not limited to tour operators, accommodation providers, transport companies and activity suppliers).

2. Nature of Services

All services offered by Tropical Haven are handled on a request-only basis and are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, weather conditions and operational constraints.

Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A service is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation is provided by Tropical Haven following supplier validation.

3. Supplier Responsibility

All services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. Tropical Haven does not own, operate or directly control accommodation facilities, transport vehicles, boats or activity operations.

The execution, safety standards, schedules, inclusions and exclusions of services remain the responsibility of the respective suppliers, subject to their policies and applicable laws.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices are not displayed on the website and may vary depending on seasonality, availability and supplier agreements.

Any quoted price is valid only for the specified dates and services confirmed. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the confirmation process.

5. Changes & Modifications

Requests for changes or modifications are subject to supplier availability and may involve additional charges.

Tropical Haven reserves the right to adjust itineraries or services when necessary due to operational, weather-related or supplier constraints, while acting in the best interest of the guest.

6. Photos, Videos & Marketing Consent

Guests acknowledge and agree that photos and/or videos may be taken during services for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

If a guest does not wish to appear in marketing materials, this must be communicated in writing via email prior to the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tropical Haven shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses or damages resulting from acts or omissions of suppliers, weather conditions, force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Guests participate in activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit for the selected services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
